4. Criminal Background Check . (After you return our application. We will review this application to deteremine if you are potentially eligible. If so, we will set up a time to view the property. Once you view the property and you are ready to proceed forward. We will then send you and email from RENTBERRY requesting a background check. You must pay your $25 background fee at this point.
Your net household income has to be 3 times the monthly rent amount. For example, if the rent for a home is $500 the required net household income has to be $1500 per month.
